So sorry I was late on this...I got back home from Austin on Saturday and didn't have time to put together WWOO. Hope you like this week!
Monday:
This sandy brown Rachel Pally jumper is casual but still fashionable, and it is so versatile. The straps are so schoolgirl-chic!
Layer on this bright orangey red merino cardigan from J.Crew to add some color.
You know what, I seriously based this entire outfit off of these tights. I love them that much. They are a classier, much chic-er version of the fishnets, and have an adorable French-girl feel to them. They're by Juicy Couture...love them.
These slouchy brown Joie boots are amazing- the rich, deep color cannot be beaten.
Add these R.J. Graziano bangles from Nordstrom to finish the look. These are modern and unique, thanks to the squares.
Tuesday:
I realize this See by ChloƩ dress is like $900, but you know what, it's adorable, so I still wanted to put it on here. I LOVE IT.
This hot pink Vince cashmere cardigan is bright and girly...so cute!
Loooove this Rachel Leigh bangle. Mixing the purple and pink is so feminine and a gorgeous accent.
I was in ShopBop shoe heaven when I saw these DKNY metallic T-straps. These can go with so many things- jeans, floaty summer dresses, skirts, pretty much anything. I'm loving the distressed metallic leather these days- it gives it a worn in and cool feel.
Wednesday:
Start with this dark gray long sleeved Splendid tee as your base.
Put on this red military jacket from Topshop next. I put this on my Topshop post and I still adore it- it's military-inspired, but the red and gold are really feminine.
Red and dark jeans are an amazing match, and these JBrand jeans are fabulous. Trouser jeans are a huge trend for fall/winter denim.
Finish with these gray tweed flats from BP Nordstrom.
Thursday:
A navy Splendid tank is a good simple start to this outfit.
Add this fabulous Free People sweater jacket in an amazing cobalt blue color. I adore this.
These gray J.Crew jeans are so versatile and a must in every wardrobe.
The bright new Tory Burch Reva flats from Nordstrom are so fun- these turquoise ones are amazing!
Friday:
This yellow Lux dress from Urban Outfitters is breezy and so easy to wear.
This chunky red and gold Lee Angel bracelet is so pretty and adds color to any outfit.
Ahh...these boots are so beautiful. They're by Belle by Sigerson Morrison, and I am in love with them.
Saturday:
This cobalt blue Rory Beca jumper from Kick Pleat (an AMAZING store in Austin, where I was for Thanksgiving) is simple and so chic.
YES! I'm being bold! I'm mixing bright colors! I feel so hip! Yellow and blue! Yellow and blue!
*slight giggle* More boldness! Gold Dolce Vita slingbacks...gorgeous...
Sunday:
Vince makes amazing basics, like this white turtleneck, a sophisticated look for anyone. (Okay, just my thoughts- does anyone else think they should change the name of turtleneck? Really...who wants a neck like a turtle?)
This J.Crew jacket is so chic and classy, very elegant. The buttons are so cute, and adds a little quirky touch.
Wonderful Anlo trouser jeans...
To finish off the look, these jeweled flats from Intermix are perfect and BEAUTIFUL.
Yes. I am amazing. I finished Week's Worth of Outfits in about 15 minutes...
Good night, bloggitas! (Wow...I need some sleep.)

Title Deprived Once More
I love color. It just makes everything better, and when I started to notice this trend of mixing bright colors, I was so excited. The bright color mixing trend is fabulous, in my opinion. It can never look boring, always cool and unexpected. I first saw it in J.Crew's catalog and their website, where they mixed their bright tissue tees with colorful skirts and belts, like these:
Ahh! So cute. I never would have expected turquoise, saffron yellow, and hot pink to work together, but it does perfectly!
You can only see a sliver of the yellow, but the combination looks great.
I love the bright layering J.Crew has too- chartreuse, yellow, hot pink, AND cobalt blue? Really...how does J.Crew make that work?
Wow...my obsession with cobalt blue and yellow has been renewed...
The brights have also been seen on the spring '08 Fashion Week runways:
Tracy Reese:
Tracy fearlessly mixes a black and white graphic print, coral pink, and yellow together and it looks fabulous.
Marc by Marc Jacobs:
Bold and unique, totally Marc.
Missoni:
I love the shade of this orange blouse, it coordinates perfectly with the pink jacket and black shorts.
Phillip Lim:
These are two simple silhouettes, but the bright yellow and blue make it so cool...
Versace:
Who knew orange shorts could work with a dainty pink top?
Emilio Pucci:
This gorgeous pink and orange gown is both elegant and fun.
Some other examples of the fabulous bright mix trend is Catherine Malandrino's yellow cardigan over her floaty purple dress:
This AKA New York dress with a colorblocked hem:
A gorgeous chiffon Chris Benz dress, with unexpected orange and purple layers:
And this Zimmermann dress with a fantastic bold print:
This totally inspires me...
Next time, instead of going for a black or gray sweater, tights, or jewelry to accent your outfit, try a coordinating bright.

Seven.
I'm pretty excited today. You know why? It is the seven month anniversary of Tres Tres Chic's birth. On April 20, this blog was born. And now, on November 20, it turns seven months old. And yes, I know it's a random number, but I forgot about the six month, okay? So in honor of the seventh anniversary, I've decided to put together a post on the fabulous L.A. denim brand we all know and love-Seven for all Mankind. You definitely first associate them with jeans, but they have expanded their line to include bags, clutches, belts, and the occasional leather jacket.
By the way, I'm going to leave out the comments for the jeans- I mean, there's not many different things you can say about one pair of jeans...
JEANS:
NON-JEANS:
I fell in love with this charcoal gray leather jacket the second I saw it- it's so gorgeous. It has a great fit, so it has a feminine side, but a leather jacket is always 100% rocker. I love this deep color, too.
Love the Doctor Bag clutch in this olive green patent leather.
This metallic bronze clutch is the perfect accessory to a little black dress to add some flair.
Ever since I went on a mission to find the best chocolate brown leather bag for my friend's mom, I have been loving them. This is so sophisticated and luxe.
I love the color of this linen satchel, and the linen feels so down-to-earth.
Ahh...gorgeous cream leather.
Here's another great chocolate brown leather bag, this one a little less structured and more casual than the last one.
This metallic tote is adorable, I love the handle.
This ladylike, vintage-feeling black bag is so pretty, and the sequins add a more modern twist.
