Week's Worth of Outfits

Yes, I realize I'm a tad bit late, since I said WWOO would be up last week. This week has been so busy for me, but now it's winter break, finally, and I can commit to the blog...

I'm testing a new format for WWOO, the collage-type thing, but if you guys like the old better, just tell me.

MONDAY:

This outfit starts off with this Catherine Malandrino sweater dress. I love this geometric pattern and the fall colors. It's really versatile and can be worn in many seasons. Add this bangle from Forever 21. It has a vintage feel, and I love it. The shoes are these fabulous chocolate brown suede boots from Urban Outfitters. These are also really versatile, and everyone needs some boots like these.

TUESDAY:

This is one of my favorites here, and the most like my style. Start with a simple cobalt blue tee from Urban Outfitters, and layer on that gorgeous black and white vest, also from Urban Outfitters. The piping is so adorable. The Ever gray skinny jeans are simple and chic. Add a stack of blue, black, and white geometric bangles from Nordstrom. They are by Lee Angel. The shoes are the great navy and black patent Marc by Marc Jacobs flats.

WEDNESDAY:

This outfit is another one of my favorites. It starts with a gorgeous Twelfth Street blouse. It is so feminine with the ruffles and deep red color. Layer on a Sara Berman for Lux jacket from Urban Outfitters. I love this jacket- the covered buttons and cropped shape makes it so wearable and versatile. These gray Rag & Bone jeans are so clean and crisp looking. Finish with the classic Salvatore Ferragamo Varina flat in white patent from Nordstrom.

THURSDAY:

I love the idea of a simple black dress stepped up with tons of color. Start with this Lux slouchy dress from Urban Outfitters. Layer on a bright purple Vince cardigan from Intermix, a great color and so unique. Add a bright blue Lee Angel bracelet that is pretty versatile. Finish with vibrant yellow suede J.Crew flats.

FRIDAY:
I love these two feminine colors paired together. This bright pink sweater from Anthropologie is so adorable, I love the contrast of the pink with white buttons. Pair it with cobalt blue denim shorts by Anlo- these are so unique, I love them. Add black opaque tights by Sparkle & Fade and fabulous metallic pointed toe flats from Urban Outfitters.

SATURDAY:

This outfit is both edgy and feminine with rocker-style colors black and gold. Start with the black and gold metallic striped tee from J.Crew that I put in my Wishlist. Add an adorable leather jacket by Vince. I love this feminine, cardigan-style shape, but done up in an edgy leather. Put on the Hudson dark skinny jeans next, and finally, add these adorable Kate Spade ruffly gold flats. Love it.

SUNDAY:

Finish the week with this laid-back but stylish outfit for Sunday. Start with a simple white tee from Urban Outfitters. Add a bright canary yellow Jamison sweater. I love this shade of yellow. Yellow can be scary and make you look like a banana or a duck, but this light tone is perfect. Put on some simple, chic jeans from Citizens of Humanity. Add a sparkly gold Rachel Leigh bangle, then red suede twisted flats from Urban Outfitters.

also...i'm having trouble figuring out how to pair shorts, tights, leg warmers, and flats. which should go together? which pieces should be bright and which should be plain or dark?

    thank you!!
